Sam Drake is an Ohio born filmmaker and visual artist working in narrative, essay, and hybrid cinema forms. Her work has screened in film festivals throughout Ohio, Texas, and California. She has participated in The Wexner Center for the Arts Film/Video Studio program, and The Response Project. Drake is also a graphic and prop designer for feature films, a cinema programmer, and starting in fall 2021, an MFA candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Department of Film, Video, Animation and New Genres.
